उत्तर पूर्वी इलेक्ट्रिक पावर कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड is a Schedule –‘A’ "Mini Ratna" Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. The Corporation is engaged in planning, designing & executing power projects of hydro, thermal & Solar and entering into Wind Energy Projects. The Corporation propose to engage 56 (Fifty six)) apprentices for FY 2021-22 under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 for a period of two (2) years apprenticeship training in the following trades for its different Plants/Projects/ Establishments:

3. Minimum Educational Qualification: Class 10th Pass & ITI Trade Certificate Course from a recognized Institute approved by the State Government / Central Government on or before the specified deadline

b. Agartala Gas Based Power Station (AgGBPS), Ramchandra Nagar, Tripura (West)- 799008

c. Doyang Hydro Power Station (DHPS), Wokha, Nagaland- 786621

d. Kameng Hydro Power Station (KaHPS), West Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh-790114

e. Kopili Hydro Power Station (KHPS), Umrongso, Dima Hasao, Assam- 788931

f. NEEPCO Corporate Office, Brookland Compound, Lower New Colony, Shillong, Meghalaya -793003

g. Tripura Gas Based Power Station (TGBPS), 56 14877/- Monarchak, Sonamura, PO Dhanpur, Tripura West- 799181

6. Eligibility Criteria for Application: The candidate should be a resident of North East India. The candidate should have completed ITI course. The candidate must have Aadhaar Card/ Driving Licensel Pan Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport which is required for online registration. Reservation for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Classes (NCLY Persons with Disability/ Economically Weaker Section, will be as per existing Govt. of India rules.

Selection Procedure

1. Selection shall be based on merit as per mark secured in ITI course as mentioned against each Apprentice posts.

2. First preference shall be given to candidates belonging to the State in which the Establishment/ Power Plant (s) is/ are located. After allocation of seats to candidates belonging to the state, if no sufficient candidates are found; selection for rest nos. of seats shall be based on the merit as per marks secured in the ITI course by the candidates belonging to other NE states of domicile.

3. List of selected candidates will be made available at www.neepco.co.in. The call letters will be sent through their registered email only.

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. ‘Closing of online application (through NAPS portal) 17-02-2022

2. Last date of receipt of filled up applications form along with testimonials and documents via email 24-02-2022

3. After submitting the online application, the applicant should download the NEEPCO Apprenticeship Application Form FY 2021-22 (For ITI Trade) from the Corporation website, take a print out and fill up all the relevant information(s) and send the duly filled form via email to [email protected] along with self-attested scan copies in PDF format of the following relevant documents i.e. ITI Pass Certificate, Marksheet (s), Age Proof (HSLC Certificate or Birth Certificate), Caste /PwD Certificate (valid OBC (NCL) Certificate) to claim for reservation, etc, so as to reach this office within the specified deadline.

4. Candidates must apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted.

5. The Candidates must get himself / herself enrolled / registered with National Promotion Scheme (NAPS), through online enrolment at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and poses a valid enrolment ID generated after successful enrolment.

b. Select Candidate Option

c. Register in NAPS

d. After successful registration, log in using your registered

e. ID and password

f. Select apprenticeship opportunities and fill up accordingly.

g. Search for NEEPCO Opportunity code (shown above)

h. Apply for the trade of choice /apprentice opportunity name code

i. The candidate must have Aadhaar Card Number
