शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Arch, B.Tech/B.E, PG Diploma

The technology chosen would allow covering distances of 100 km. in an hour with scheduled stoppages. The system would also ensure the convenience of quality last mile connectivity, addressing the needs of all categories of travelers on the network. The corridors being developed under RRTS Phase-1 are Delhi- Ghaziabad-Meerut, Delhi- Gurugram- SNB- Alwar and Delhi- Panipat. Once operational, RRTS will be the fastest, the most comfortable and the safest mode of travel in the NCR

3. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./B.Arch. / B. Plan. & Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Transport/ Transport Planning/ Transport Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute.

4. अनुभव: Should have minimum 8/ 6 years post qualification अनुभव (for Manager & Asstt. Manager, respectively) of working in the field of Transport Planning. -Candidate should have specific अनुभव of planning in rail based public transport system apart from involvement in multimodal transport studies. The अनुभव shall include preparation of comprehensive mobility plans, preparation of alternative analysis report, public transport demand forecasting including relevant surveys, alignment studies, Feeder system planning, Multimodal integration, preparation of traffic management plans for construction zone, Road safety planning in construction area.

5. वेतन: Rs.60000-180000 (E3) to Rs.50000-160000 (E2)

6. After joining the employee has to undergo a probation period as per Corporation policy. A three months’ prior notice will be required to be served before seeking resignation from the Corporation.

Selection Procedure

(a) Based on the eligibility/ अनुभव in the relevant field, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

(b) NCRTC reserves the right to conduct a written examination for all posts in case the number of application received from eligible candidates is higher. The detail of written examination, if any, shall be communicated to the candidates in advance and candidates have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay.

(c) The candidates will be offered position in NCRTC on immediate absorption basis with respect to his eligibility vis-à-vis his last position in parent organization and length of service or as per the suitability decided by the selection committee.

(d) Physical & Medical Fitness: The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also should be physically and medically fit enough. In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Corporation policy.

(e) Mode of recruitment:

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Last date for Online Registration and submission of applications is 08.02.2022.

2. Applications will be accepted ONLINE through the link provided in the “Career section” of the NCRTC website i.e. https://www.ncrtc.in. Candidates are required to upload recent passport sized photograph (not more than 3 months old), scanned signature and scanned copies of the supporting documents. Without supporting documents, application shall not be entertained.

3. Soon after submission of online application, a print-out of the same along with supporting documents, should be sent to the following address through post: - Career Cell, HR Department National Capital region Transport Corporation, Gati Shakti Bhawan, INA, New Delhi-110023.

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र परिवहन निगम (NCRTC) भारत सरकार तथा दिल्ली, हरियाणा, राजस्थान तथा उत्तर प्रदेश राज्यों की संयुक्त क्षेत्र की कंपनी है। इसका काम क्षेत्रीय त्वरित परिवहन पद्धति (RRTS) को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में कार्यान्वित करना है ताकि इनके बीच बेहतर संपर्क और पहुँच के माध्यम से संतुलित और टिकाऊ विकास संभव हो सके। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र और दिल्ली को कनेक्ट करने के लिए एक एकीकृत कम्यूटर रेल नेटवर्क का विचार भारतीय रेल के अध्ययन कमीशन में 1998-99 में प्रस्ताव रखा गया था। अध्ययन ने एक आरआरटीएस नेटवर्क जो कि ऐसी एक फास्ट लोकल ट्रेनों का उपयोग करके कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करेगा इस संभावना की पहचान की थी। यही प्रस्ताव एनसीआर के शहरों में से कुछ को दिल्ली मेट्रो के विस्तार के आलोक में 2006 में फिर से जांच की थी। यह विचार बाद में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड (NCRPB द्वारा) के स्वामित्व में अपने “कार्यात्मक योजना पर परिवहन के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र-2032” के अंतर्गत लाया गया।

एनसीआरपीबी ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के शहरों को आठ RRTS कॉरिडर से कनेक्ट करने के लिए उच्च गति रेल पारगमन सेवाओं की सिफारिश की। तत्कालीन योजना आयोग बाद में एक टास्क फोर्स (2006) का गठन सचिव, शहरी विकास मंत्रालय (शहरी) के नेतृत्व में किया। टास्क फोर्स ने 2009 मे एक स्पेशल पर्पस वेहिकल 100 क्रोरे के लागत में बनाने का प्रस्ताव दिया। इस पैसे का उपयोग उपनगरीय यात्रियों के लिए व्यापक एकीकृत मल्टी मॉडल ट्रांसपोर्ट सिस्टम जो की पूरे क्षेत्र में संतुलित और सतत विकास करने में सहायता करेगा।
