शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports Science or Physical Education and Sports Science with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade wherever the pending system is applicable). Must have passed a similar examination accredited by the University Grants Commission such as SLET/ SET or as prescribed by the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for the Award of MPhil/ Ph.D. Degree) Awarded a Ph.D. degree in Physical Education or Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science, as the case may be. Rest before 11th July 2009 Ph.D. Candidates registered for the degree of Ph.D. will be governed by the provisions of the existing Ordinances/Bye-Laws/ Regulations of such degree awarding institutions and the money towards Ph.D.
