शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): DNB, M.Phil/Ph.D, MS/MD, M.Ch

Applications through online mode are invited from the applicants who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and are possessing the prescribed Academic/Professional qualification and age for the following posts in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Medical Education (Gazetted) Service भर्ती Rules, 1979 issued under SRO 51 7 dated 19.09.1979, Government Order No. 0441M of 2018, dated 01.01.2018 (GMC- Kathua);

3. Qualification:

i. M.Ch (Surgical Oncology) / DNB (Surgical Oncology) OR M.S (SurgelY) or DNB (SurgelY) or MS DNB (Orthopaedics) with two years teaching अनुभव in Surgical Gastroenterology as a Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/ Tutor in a Medical Colle e or teachin Medical Institute reco nisedb MCI

ii. DM (Endocrinology)/ DNB (Endocrinology). OR MD (Medicine) or DNB (Medicine) or MD (Paediatrics) or DNB (Paediatrics) with two years teaching अनुभव in Endocrinology as a Resident / Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor in a Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by Medical Council of India.

iii. DM ( Medical Oncology DNB ( Medical Oncology OR MD (Medicine) or DNB (Medicine) or MD (Radio therapy) or DNB (Radio Therapy) or MD (Paediatrics) or DNB (Paediatrics) with two years teaching अनुभव in Medical Oncology as a Resident / Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor in a Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by Medical Council of India.

iv. M.Ch (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery)/ M.Ch (Cardiac Surgery)/ M.Ch (Vascular Surgery)/ M.Ch (Thoracic Surgery)/ DNB (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery) /DNB (Cardio Surgery)/ DNB (Vascular Surgery)/DNB(Thoracic Surgery)

v. MD/MS (Anesthesiology) DFACS Specialty, Board of Anesthesiology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

vi. M.D (Radio Diagnosis and Imaging); M.D/M.S Radiology; Specialty board of Radiology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

vii. M.S. (ENT)/Specialty board of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology (USA) or equivalent qualification.

viii M.D in (Tuberculosis diseases) or qualifications. and Chest equivalent

4. अनुभव: As Registrar / Tutor, Demonstrator or a Senior Resident for a period of two years in a recognized Teaching Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India or the University of Jammu/Kashmir.

Selection Procedure

1. Selection shall be made in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission's (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time.

2. Candidates are advised to apprise themselves with the provisions of Rule 44 Of the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission's (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021.

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Candidates are advised to update their One Time Registration before filling the application Form.

2. The Application Form together with instructions for filling up the Application Forms will bé available at the website of the Commission from 28.12.2021.

3. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for: the post before filling up the online Application Form.

4. Last date for filling up of online Application complete in all respects along with the requisite fee; (online mode only) is 27.01.2022

5. The last date for receipt of online applications provided in the notification shall be the cut-off date: for determining the eligibility including acquisition of requisite educational and professionali qualifications.

6. The minimum and maximum age will however reckoned with reference to 1St January, 2021.

7. Candidates can edit some of the fields in their online application form w.e.f 29.01.2022 to 31 2022 (up to 11.59 PM). Instructions in this regard will be separately made available on the website.

8. Candidates are requited to upload all the mandatory prescribed/requisite documents alongwith the: online application form.
