शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Ph.D. degree in Economics/Bio-statistics/Public Health (ii) Demonstrable track record of research and policy analysis in the areas of health economics/public health with a proven focus on empirical research. At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed economics/public health journals, with a minimum of 3 in the last 5 years

अनुभव (अनुभव): A minimum of 12 years of अनुभव after Ph.D. This can be relaxed in special cases
for deserving candidates.
