शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Technical Assistant: Graduate in Rural Development/Social Work or Graduate with Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized University/Institute with 5+ years relevant अनुभव in mobilization of farmers, field demonstrations, organizing village level meetings etc. or M.Com/ Charted Accountant /Company Secretary/Graduation in Agriculture Sciences from recognized university/Institute with relevant अनुभव in working with FPOs / Large Farmers Groups / Mobilization of farmers, field demonstrations, organizing village level meetings.

Senior Research Fellow: Post-Graduation in Social Sciences/Agribusiness Management /PGDABM/PGDRD/PGDRM or equivalent post graduation from recognized university.

Information Technologist/MIS: B. Tech/BCA in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with 3+ years of relevant अनुभव of handling IT related assignments, MIS development, software development etc. or Equivalent Master degree from recognized university/Institute/ Any Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multi Media Designing/Web Designing with relevant अनुभव of handling IT related assignments, MIS development, Software development etc.

Project Coordinator-II: Graduation in Business Administration or Management/ Post-Graduation in Social Sciences / Agribusiness Management / PGDABM / PGDRD / PGDRM.
