शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Phil/Ph.D

Applications are invited by the Department of Social Defence from the eligible candidates who possess the following qualifications for appointment of Social Worker Members of the Juvenile Justice Boards constituted under the provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Social Worker Member for Juvenile Justice Boards is to be appointed on an honorarium basis of which one shall be a woman.

1. Post Name: Social Work Members

2. Qualification: The applicants should have been actively involved in health, education or welfare activities pertaining to children for at least seven years or a practicing professional with a degree in child psychology, psychiatry, sociology, or law.

1. The application format and eligibility criteria may be obtained from the District Child Protection Unit and filled-in applications should be sent to the following address on or before (15days) from the date of the press release.

2. The District Child Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit, 78A, Near Elango Thirumana Mandapam, Mohanur Road, Namakkal 637 001

3. The filled-in applications should reach the above office within the stipulated date. The appointment will be purely based on merit and अनुभव. The decision of the Government will be final in this regard.
