1. The candidates shall download the application form in the https://prakasam.ap.gov.in/notice_category/recruitment/ Duly filled applications shall be submitted manually/ Regd. Post in complete shape to the O/o. the Superintendent, Room No.214, Govt. General Hospital, Ongole, Prakasam District, along with all the following certificates on or before 04/04/2022 up to 5.P.M., Any applications received manually/Regd. Post after the due date and time will be rejected. Application without enclosing the following documents will not be considered automatically.
2. Last Date for Submission of applications : 04/04/2022 by 05.00 PM
