Skills / Eligibility

Online applications are invited for the following Group ‘C’ post, (Non-Gazetted) in the गोवा लोक सेवा आयोग to be filled on temporary basis.

1. Post Name: Light Vehicle Driver

2. No. of Post: 01

3. वेतन: Rs. 19900/- in level 2

4. Educational Essential:

(i) Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution. OR Successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute

(ii) Driving License to drive light vehicle.

(iii) अनुभव of light vehicle repairing.

(iv) Unblemished अनुभव of at least 2 years in the line.

(v) Knowledge of Konkani

5. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi

6. Note: Promotees as well as direct recruits will have to undergo practical driving test conducted by DPC/ DSC before selection. An Inspector from the Directorate of Transport will be associated to the DPC/ DSC as an “expert “.
