शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Additional General Manager: Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare with 55% overall marks.

Deputy General Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in the discipline of Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering.

Senior Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical/ Naval Architecture/ Production / Electrical / Electronics [For detailed qualification grouping, please refer Note-1 A (ii)] Desirable- Post Graduate in Engineering/Technology.

Deputy Manager: Full Time Graduate and full time LLB with 55% marks. The LL.B. Degree must be obtained from an University / Institution recognized by Bar Council of India.

Assistant Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering in the discipline of Electrical or equivalent with 60% overall marks.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
40000-220000/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 48 Years.

Application Fee: Application fees is Rs. 500/- which can be remitted through online mode (Payment Gateway). Applicants belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Internal Candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.

Selection Procedure: (A) The selection for all posts except Assistant Managers will be through interview only. (B) Selection Process for Assistant Manager (i) Written Test will be scheduled tentatively in the month of February 2023 at Kolkata. (ii) No TA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the written test.

गार्डन रीच शिपबिल्डर्स एण्ड इंजीनियर्स लिमिटेड (जीआरएसई) रक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन भारत की एक प्रमुख युद्धपोत निर्माण कंपनी है । 1960 से जीआरएसई ने स्टेट ऑफ आर्ट फ्रिगेट एवं कोर्वेट से लेकर फास्ट पैट्रोल बोटों तक विभिन्न भूमिकाओं के लिए युद्धपोतों का निर्माण किया है । जीआरएसई ने देश की रक्षा तैयारी में अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है और देश में युद्धपोत के डिजाइन व निर्माण के राष्ट्रीय लक्ष्य हेतु सदैव अग्रसर रही है । जीआरएसई ने लोगों और सामग्री को ले जाने तथा साथ ही तटीय रेखा की निगरानी के लिए करीब 700 जलयानों का निर्माण एवं आपूर्ति की है । पोत निर्माण और पोत मरम्मत के अतिरिक्त जीआरएसई उन कतिपय बहुमुखी शिपयार्डों में से एक है, जिनका अपना इंजीनियरिंग और इंजन प्रभाग है । 05 सितंबर 2006 को जीआरएसई को मिनी रत्न – श्रेणी I का दर्जा दिया गया ।
