शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Joint Director:
(A) (i) Master's Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or
(ii) Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. Eight years post qualification अनुभव in one or more out of Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems of Programming or Information System in a Government Office including such अनुभव in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. OR
(B) (i) Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
(ii) Eight years' अनुभव in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year अनुभव should be in actual Programming.

Deputy Director:
(A) Master's Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Three years post qualification अनुभव in relevant areas of programming or Information System in a Government Office including such अनुभव in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized Institutions. *Relevant areas means one or more out of Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems. OR
(B) (i) Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University. (ii) Three years' अनुभव in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 01 year अनुभव should be in actual Programming.

Selection Procedure: The selection process is based on a merit rank/ written test/ screening test/ oral interview.

कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि की स्थापना दिनांक 15 नवम्बर 1951 को कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि अध्यादेश के जारी होने के साथ हुई। इस अध्यादेश को कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि अधिनियम 1952 द्वारा बदला गया। कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि बिल को संसद में वर्ष 1952 के बिल संख्या 15 के रूप में लाया गया ताकि कारखानों तथा अन्य संस्थानों में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों के भविष्य निधि की स्थापना के प्रावधान हो सके। इसे अब कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम 1952 के रूप में जाना जाता है। यह अधिनियम जम्मू एवं काश्मीर राज्य को छोड़कर पूरे भारत में लागू है। इस अधिनियम तथा इसके अंतर्गत बनी योजनओं का प्रशासन एक त्रिपक्षीय बोर्ड केंद्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड जिसमे सरकार (केंद् तथा राज्य दोनो), नियोक्ता तथा कर्मचारियों के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हैं द्वारा किया जाता है।

केंद्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड संगठित छेत्र के कर्मचारियों के लिए एक अंशदायी भविष्य निधि योजना, एक पेंशन योजना तथा एक बीमा योजना का प्रशासन करता है। यह ग्राहकों की संख्या तथा वित्तीय लेन देन के आधार पर संसार की सबसे बड़ी संस्था है। बोर्ड की सहायता कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन जिसमे देश भर में 122 विभिन्न स्थानों पर कार्यालय हैं, द्वारा की जाती है। कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन भारत सरकार के श्रम एवं नियोजन मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में हैं (क्लिक करें)। संगठन के पास इसके पदाधिकारियो तथा कर्मचारिओं के प्रशिक्षण एवं नियोक्ताओं और श्रमिकों के प्रतिनिधिओं के लिए सेमिनार करने के लिए एक सुस्सज्जित प्रशिक्षण संसथान भी है।
