Subject : Filling up of vacant Scientific cadre posts on deputation basis in Delhi Pollution Control Committee i. Worthy Chairman DPCC is pleased to fill up the following vacant posts in the Delhi Pollution Control Committee on deputation basis for a period of thrcc Years. The pay and allowances and other terms of deputation of the officers selected for the post will bc regulated in accordance with the instruction contained in the Department of Pcrsonncl & Training O.M. No. II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time._The eligibility criteria are as under: 1. Post Name: Senior Lab Assistant 2. No of Post: 02 3. Eligibility : Officers of Central / State Government/ Autonomous bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs: (i)holding analogous posts on regular basis; or (ii) having atleast eight years of regular service In posts in the Level 2 (Pre-revised PB-I, Rs 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-) or equivalent; 4. Level-4 (Pre revised Pay Band-I, Rs 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/-.)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Prescribed application form alongwith recent passport size photograph, should reach "The Administrative Officer , Delhi Pollution Control Committee, 5th Floor, ISBT Building, Kashmere Gate, Delhi — 110006 within 45 days from the date of publication in Employment News and 60 days for application from remote areas e.g. Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti-District & Pangi Sub-division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep
2. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The name of the post must be superscribed on the envelope.
3. Advertisement & prescribed application form can be downloaded from our website www.dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in.
Important Instructions:
1. Application should be sent either in English or in Hindi in the prescribed proforma only.
2. Only Indian Nationals need to apply Although place of postings are mentioned in the circular for each post but Board reserves the right to post the selected candidates anywhere in India
3. The Board reserve the right not to fill up the post, if it so decided
4. No correspondence/representation will be entertained with regard to the call for interv'iew and /or selection
5. The crucial date for determining the age-limit shall be closing date for receipt of applications from the candidates in India
6. The candidates who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently
7. The number of posts is likely to increase or decrease
8. Candidate may send advance copy, however advance copy will be entertained only after receiving application through proper channel with 15 days from the date of receipt of application.

जल (प्रदूषण की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1974 की धारा 4 और वायु (प्रदूषण की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 की धारा 6 के तहत केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड (CPCB) को राज्य प्रदूषण के कार्यों को करने का अधिकार है। सभी केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के लिए नियंत्रण बोर्ड। हालाँकि, जल (प्रदूषण की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1974 की धारा 4(4) और वायु (प्रदूषण की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 की धारा 6 में प्रावधान है कि CPCB अपनी सभी या किसी भी शक्ति और कार्यों को प्रत्यायोजित कर सकता है। केंद्र सरकार निर्दिष्ट कर सकती है, ऐसे व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों के शरीर के तहत उक्त अधिनियमों के तहत संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में एक राज्य बोर्ड। सीपीसीबी ने मार्च, 1991 में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्दिष्ट अधिकारियों की एक समिति को केंद्र शासित प्रदेश दिल्ली के संबंध में एक राज्य बोर्ड के रूप में अपनी सभी शक्तियों और कार्यों को सौंप दिया है। इस समिति का पुनर्गठन 14 जून 2002 को अधिसूचना संख्या बी के तहत किया गया है। -12015 / 7/92-एएस।
