The दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (डीईआरसी) invites application from suitable candidates for filling up the anticipated vacancy in the Office of The Electricity Ombudsman established under Section 42(6) of Electricity Act 2003 as per the terms of appointment of दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (डीईआरसी) (Forum for Redressal of the Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018 as follows;

1. Name of the Post: सलाहकार (Law)

2. Vacancy: 01 (Anticipated)

3. Office: Office of The Electricity Ombudsman

4. Eligibility: सलाहकार (Law) to the Ombudsman shall possess a graduate degree in Law from a recognized University and shall have at least ten (10) years of अनुभव working as a Legal सलाहकार to an organization of repute. The अनुभव of working in regulatory bodies/local bodies/public utilities and/ or convening meetings of board of Directors in a company or corporation will be preferable.

5. सलाहकार (Law) in the Office of The Electricity Ombudsman: The सलाहकार (Law) is entitled to a consolidated वेतन of Rs. 80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) per month with 5% increment per year.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. The prescribed format for application for the above position is available on the DERC website i.e. www.derc.gov.in. Applications not forwarded as per format are likely to be rejected. Copies of self attested testimonials / certificates relating to educational, work अनुभव and proof of date of birth are to be attached and a self attested passport size photograph is to be affixed on the application form.

2. In addition, applicants are required to furnish a vigilance clearance / undertaking as applicable as per the formats given out. Additional info if any may be provided in a separate sheet The duly completed application is to be submitted to the Secretary, दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (डीईआरसी), Viniyamak Bhawan, C-Block, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed as “Applied for the position of सलाहकार (Law)”.

3. The last date for receipt of applications will be one month from the date of publication of advertisement in newspaper.

4. Last Date of Receipt of Application is 21.03.2022.
