शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
(a) Must hold a Certificate of competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
(b) Must hold a Pilot license and have 6 years अनुभव either as Master of Foreign going ship or in Piloting or cumulative.
