शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Sc, MFSc

The ICAR-केन्द्रीय मीठाजल जीवपालन अनुसंधान संस्थान, Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar, Odisha invites applications through online mode for engagement of 01 (One) no. of Young Professional-II purely on contractual basis to work under DST sponsored project “Economic empowerment of SC farmers through capacity building in two aspirational districts - Dhenkanal and Kandhamal” at ICAR-CIFA Bhubaneswar as per details given below:

1. Position: Young Professional-II

2. No of Post: 01

3. Emoluments: Rs.35,000/- per month Consolidated

4. Qualification Essential: M.F.Sc (Fisheries Extension/ Fisheries Economics/ Aquaculture) /M.Sc (Agriculture Extension/ Agriculture Economics)/ M.Sc (Fisheries science/ Zoology/Life Sciences) from a recognized University.

5. Desirable Qualifications: Working अनुभव in agriculture/fishery projects

6. Duration of engagement: Until March 2023

Selection Procedure

1. Essential Educational (Academic) Qualification : 40 marks For essential educational qualifications, based on Percentage Marks / OGPA / Grade obtained, in 10th , 10+2, Graduation and Post-Graduation the marks

2. Academic accomplishments: 20 marks (2 marks for each accomplishments) Research article in NAAS rated journal; working अनुभव in agriculture/ fishery projects.

3. Personal Interview : 40 marks

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

Interested candidates may visit institute website: http://www.cifa.nic.in for filling the details and submit his/ her application by 17:00 hrs of 10th May 2022.

1. The place of posting will be at ICAR-CIFA, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

2. The original certificates and proof of age and caste to be produced at the time of interview/Joining.

3. The selected candidate may also be required to travel, as per requirement of the work.

4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

5. No interim enquiries will be entertained. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.

6. The above engagements are purely temporary and will stand terminated automatically after completion of period indicated in the selection offer, or otherwise intimated subsequently subject to willingness of the candidate.

7. The candidate will not have any right for absorption in ICAR-CIFA/ICAR.

8. The selected candidate may have to join immediately.

9. The Director/ PI/ Competent Authority ICAR-CIFA reserve the right to cancel the recruitment process.

10. The decision of the Director/ PI/ Competent Authority ICAR-CIFA will be final and binding in all respects.

11. The details of short-listed candidates will be placed on Institute website and communication for attending interview either personally at ICAR-CIFA, Bhubaneswar or through video conferring will be sent to them through email in advance.
