Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), popularly known as “JEEViKA” is an initiative of Govt. of Bihar, towards socio-economic development of rural poor in Bihar. As per the Govt. Mandate, JEEViKA got an opportunity of supplying School dresses to the students of all Govt. Schools. In this regard 25 State of the Art “Training cum Production center for stitching” will be established. It is, therefore, envisaged to engage competent resource person (consultant) with relevant अनुभव in running and Managing Apparel Production centers.

a) Name of Position: Head Production Manager

b) No. of Vacancy: 01

c) Qualification and अनुभव:

1. Educational qualification: Bachelor degree

2. Must have 10+ years of अनुभव in the Apparel production industry

3. At least 3 years at managerial level in any Apparel production house.

4. Must possess a full understanding of garment construction including pattern, fit, and sewing details

5. Must have firm understanding of various fabric types and how each fabric type applies to different products

6. Must have a strong capacity for multitasking, organization, working independently and time management.

7. Must be able to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy doing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

8. Candidates with अनुभव of state/national level government institutions promoting large scale livelihood initiatives in the framework of SHG-VO-CLF is desirable.

9. Candidates having अनुभव of floor planning and line setup for production will be given preference.

d) Consolidated Honorarium: Rs. 65,000 to 1,00,000/month (Negotiable as per अनुभव)
