5. अनुभव:
a) For B.E/B.Tech candidates - Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification industrial अनुभव in design, architect and offer ICT/IT/ITeS and Networking-based solutions to Customers for market segments like Smart City, Safe City, City Surveillance, Data Centers, Integrated Command and Control Centers etc
b) For M.E/M.Tech candidates – Minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification industrial अनुभव in design, architect and offer ICT/IT/ITeS and Networking-based solutions to Customers for market segments like Smart City, Safe City, City Surveillance, Data Centers, Integrated Command and Control Centers etc
6. Job Responsibility:
a. Market Analysis and Requirement gathering from customers.
b. Stakeholder Engagement.
c. Understand customer’s business requirements and create appropriate value proposition using IT infrastructure and Application offerings across service lines to drive the RFx response.
d. Play a primary role in the design and implementation of end-to-end solution.
e. Provide technical leadership to Project Management teams.
f. Participate in large and multi technology deals end-to-end including solution, estimation and pricing.
g. To work with customers like Central Government, State Government, ULBs, NIC, MIT, MHA, Power Sector, Railtel etc.
h. Build relationships with key technology OEMs.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, The details of the Written Test/Interview will be intimated in due course.The written test Centre will be in Bangalore.

भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड (बीईएल) की स्थापना भारतीय रक्षा सेवाओं की विशिष्टीकृत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए 1954 में रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन भारत सरकार द्वारा बेंगलूर, भारत में स्थापित की गई थी । वर्षों के दौरान, यह भारत और विदेश में विविध क्षेत्रों में ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करते हुए बहु-उत्पाद, बहु-प्रौद्योगिकी, बहु-यूनिट वाली कंपनी के रूप में विकसित हुई है । बीईएल उन चुने हुए सरकारी क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों में है जिन्हें भारत सरकार द्वारा नवरत्न का दर्जा प्रदान किया गया है ।
वर्षों के दौरान हुआ बी ई एल का विकास और विविधीकरण इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स प्रौद्योगिकी जिसके साथ बी ई एल ने गति बनाए रखा है, में की गई उन्नति को प्रतिबिंबित करता है । 1956 में कुछेक संचार उपस्करों के निर्माण के साथ प्रारंभ करते हुए, बी ई एल ने 1961 में रिसीविंग वाल्व, 1962 में जर्मेनियम सेमीकंडक्टर और 1964 में आकाशवाणी के लिए रेडियो ट्रांसमीटर बनाना प्रारंभ किए।
1966 में, बी ई एल ने थलसेना और संस्थागत अनुसंधान व विकास हेतु एक रेडार निर्माणी सुविधा की स्थापना की जिसे वर्षों के दौरान पोषित किया गया । ट्रांसमीटिंग टयूब, सिलिकान डिवाइस तथा एकीकृत सर्किटों का निर्माण 1967 में प्रारंभ किया गया । पीसीबी निर्माणी सुविधा 1968 में स्थापित की गई ।
